This Privacy Policy explains how Styre Technologies US Inc. ("Styre", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit styretech.com (the "Site"), contact us, or work with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through our business communications with prospective and current clients, partners and job applicants. It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients as part of a client engagement. That information is handled under our agreement with the client, and in those cases we act as a service provider (data processor) for the client, who controls the data.

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, company and job title, when you email us, book a call, sign up for text messages or otherwise get in touch.
• The content of your messages, including details about your business systems or project needs that you choose to share.
• Information in a résumé or application if you apply to work with us.

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 8.

Information from others

We may receive business contact information from referrals, partners or public sources such as LinkedIn.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share personal information with other companies for their own use. We share it only as needed to run our business, and only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email, scheduling and text messaging providers. They act only on our instructions, may use the information only to provide services to us, and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Styre, we use your mobile number only to send you the messages you signed up for, such as replies to your enquiries, appointment and call reminders, and updates about our services.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@styretech.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Storage and security

Your information is stored in the United States. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for the length of any business relationship, or as required by law, tax or contractual obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

8. Cookies
