This Privacy Policy explains how Styre Technologies US Inc. ("Styre", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit styretech.com (the "Site"), contact us, or work with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through our business communications with prospective and current clients, partners and job applicants. It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients as part of a client engagement. That information is handled under our agreement with the client, and in those cases we act as a service provider (data processor) for the client, who controls the data.

We may receive business contact information from referrals, partners or public sources such as LinkedIn.

• Our team. Styre's delivery team includes our affiliated company in Pakistan. Team members access personal information only as needed to do their work.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email, scheduling and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Styre, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if Styre is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Your information is stored primarily in the United States, and may be accessed from other countries where our team works. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for the length of any business relationship, or as required by law, tax or contractual obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
